Follow these steps along with the writing guide to craft your story.

Step.0: Pitch the story that you want to share using this form: https://forms.gle/kfW7P8sgYBW3F59r5.

We will assign you two peers who will help you choose a particular story if you have many ideas and guide you through the Milestones 1 through 3 of the writing process.

Step.1:  Write up an outline- milestone 1  (take a look at our writing guide) and share it with your peer group.

​

Step.2: You will work with your assigned peers through the milestones 2 (broader paragraphs) and 3 (final article) of the writing process. Discuss, brainstorm, collaborate with them to take your outline to the final article form. Don't forget to have fun!

 

Step.3: Once your final article is ready, email us your final version - commontechgt@gmail.com. Our editors will review it and publish it on our Stories page for other readers. The editors will also pick one article every month to be featured on our home page. 

 

 

Note: If your assigned peer group has more than one writer, you will provide your perspective on the other writer’s article, along with writing your own.
